Yes. As long as the request is still showing as pending within your online account, you are able to cancel it yourself. If the request is showing as scheduled, please call our customer service at 818.904.3400 or email service@deesigninstallation.com. If we are unable to reach the installation in time to cancel, please request a removal from within your online account.
