The property has a sprinkler system or underground wires, do we need to alert you?

Yes!  The agent / real estate company is responsible for letting Dee Sign Installation know about any underground wires or sprinkler systems.  In addition, you are responsible for marking the spot where it is safe to install the post.  If we are not notified, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs thus will not be liable for any repair related costs.
