The homeowner says that the "sign" is still there, yet my account shows that it was removed. Which is correct?

There are times where supplemental signage was installed by the agent that remains at the property and this is what the homeowner is referring to. The other possibility is that the homeowner pulled up the post-sign and placed it in the garage, shed, or other inaccessible place, and we were not able to retrieve it. If this is the case, there is a charge to go back to retrieve it. 

Pictures are sent upon completion of all requests so you will be able to view that the sign was in fact removed.
