My sign and post were just installed but there is an issue. What is your customer satisfaction policy?

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority.  If there is an issue, we will take care of. Need it repositioned or repainted, no problem.  There's no risk when working with Dee Sign Installation.  During the first 30 days after installation, our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers any installation defects such as leaning or placement.  Please note, this does not include changes that are not a result of the original installation.  If a change is needed that other than covered by our satisfaction guarantee then a service charge might apply.
