The post needs to be placed in a specific spot, can I meet the installer at the property?
Due to the substantial volume of service requests we receive daily, it is not feasible for us to arrange meetings at the property at predetermined times. To ensure accurate placement of requested installations, we kindly request that you mark the designated spot where the post or fixture is to be installed. Various marking methods may be employed, such as using a wooden stake and ribbon, a metal frame, or marker flags. You can also upload pictures during the request placement to indicate placement.
For properties equipped with sprinkler systems or electronic dog fences, it is imperative that you place a marker indicating their presence. Should our installation team arrive and find no marker in place, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for any damages sustained by the sprinkler system or dog fence during the installation process.
In instances where the service request includes specific instructions indicating the presence of a marker which is subsequently not found upon our arrival, our installers will exercise their best judgment regarding the placement. This is done to prevent delays and additional charges resulting from further service requests. However, if relocation of the installation site becomes necessary, please note that a service call charge will be applied for the adjustment to a new location.
